Tree Loss Calculators and Vine Loss Calculators
Often an individual tree or vine is destroyed in an orchard or vineyard due to natural causes, shaker damage, vehicle accident, or other causes. In addition individual trees or vines are removed to widen a road, put in a gas line, or other reasons. In these cases there may be a need to determine the value of the tree or vine lost for insurance purposes or compensation from a utility company or public entity.
These workbooks calculate the value of a single tree or vine lost to any cause. There are two worksheet versions. In the "With Replanting" worksheet the tree or vine is replanted and eventually generates income. In the "Without Replanting" worksheet the tree or vine is not replanted because there is an easement, right of way, or other reason preventing replanting.
